Eclipse Night

Julie is planning a night for everyone to go see Eclipse together. The date is July 5th and the price is $9.00. She needs to know by June 30th, if you would like to go.

Swimming at the Kamas Pool

We are going swimming at the Kamas pool on July 6th. We usually take a lunch and let the kids eat on the patio. The pool grill is not available this year so far. They don't know when it will be open. They have family dressing rooms available for families. You can bring your own padlock for the lockers if you want. You can bring floaties for the little kids and there is a fun shallow play area for the little ones also.

Jungle Jims

I am going to Jungle Jims on Wed., June 30th. I am trying to be there by 11:00 am. If you get on line you can print a coupon for buy one unlimited pass get one free, if you buy $5.00 worth of tokens. You have to buy the passes before 2:00 pm.

The camp-out was a success. Everyone had a great time! Lots of hiking, roasting, eating, visiting and getting dirty:) The nights were pretty cold. It dropped down to at 37 degrees one night. There were lots of people taking hot rocks to bed to keep there little tootsies warm. Julie couldn't come because Jakey Boy had the chicken pox and that was a bummer. It would have been nice if they could have come. After all the fun was over it was sure nice to get home to a hot shower and a warm bed!

Girls Night Out

Rachel and I are in charge of doing the girl party for July. We are planning on going bowling. We haven't decided where or when yet, but we will let you know. If you have a preference you can let us know. Thanks

We are going on our yearly family camp-out this week-end to Mill-B. Some of us are going up as early as Thursday. We will be staying until Sunday sometime. Some of the kids are going up for the week-end and some are just going up on Saturday. Dad is pulling up the porta-potties so that will make it easier for everyone. He is also taking an extra cook stove to make meals a little easier.

Anyone who wants to go up just for the day can come back and stay at my house if they want. You can come back and do a bon-fire and feel like you are still camping:)

For meals we are planning on having sloppy joes, hot-dogs, and chili chips and cheese for dinner. Lunches will be mostly sandwiches and chips and some fruit. For breakfast, we will be having cereal, and making eggs and pancakes one or two mornings. You are welcome to bring stuff to go with what we are making and eat with us if you want.
